What type battery remote key fob use
Before starting disassembly key fob make sure that you have all recommended tools and materials: 1 CR2025 battery, phillips head screwdriver and flat head screwdriver.- phillips head screwdriver

Simple steps to change the battery in your car's remote key fob
A tiny coin cell battery installed inside the your keyless entry remote. Unscrew the back of the keyless entry remote. Flip the key fob over and look for at least 1 fastener holding in the plastic.
Accurately try to disassemble your key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 1xCR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in fob’s body. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you connect battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, check that all functions works by pressing buttons on keyless entry remote.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your body pieces together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your fob body tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw the back of the remote key fob.
