Step by step guide
A small coin battery installed in the your key fob. Gently try to disassemble your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change two CR2016 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it in fob’s case. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, check that all functions works by pressing buttons on keyless entry remote.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to assemble the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your keyless entry remote body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
