Simple steps to change the battery in your car's remote key fob
A tiny coin cell battery installed inside the your key fob. Gently try to disassemble your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Change CR2016 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it in fob’s case. Battery must be installed with the same polarity as was a previous. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you by mistake place battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, check that all working fine by testing buttons on circuit board.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your body pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
