How to Replace the Battery in a 1993 Toyota Paseo Key Fob

Step by step guide
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small button cell battery. Unscrew the back of the remote key fob. Spin the key fob over and look for at least one fastener holding in the plastic.
Accurately try to disassemble your keyless entry remote with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1xCR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2025. Battery must be placed with the same position as was a previous. Your key will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, check key fob by pressing buttons. If everything working properly, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw fastener in the back of the remote key fob.
