Simple steps to replace the battery in your Previa's key fob
A tiny button battery installed inside the your key fob. Unscrew the back of the key fob. Spin the keyless entry remote over and look for at least one screw holding in the plastic.
Delicately try to disassemble your fob with pry tools. Remove 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's shell. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you place battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, verify keyless entry remote by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw the back of the keyless entry remote.
