How to Open Your 1995 Acura Legend Key Fob & Change Battery

Changing batteries in key fob require phillips head screwdriver, flat head screwdriver and CR1220 batteries. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the size of your keyless entry fob's batteries.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step guide
A button cell battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Remove screw on the back of the remote key fob. Spin the keyless entry remote over and look for at least 1 fastener holding in the plastic.
Accurately try to disassemble your key with pry tools. Replace two CR1220 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it in keyless entry fob's case. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new batteries installed, check key fob by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your case pieces together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw the back of the keyless entry remote.
