Step by step instruction
A tiny coin battery installed inside the your key fob. Gently try to disassemble your remote key fob with flat head screwdriver. Change two CR2016 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old batteries with fresh one CR2016. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new batteries installed, check keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Delicately try to put the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key fob shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
