Step by step guide
Inside of your key fob installed small coin cell battery. Remove fasteners on the back of the keyless entry remote. Flip the key fob over and look for at least one fastener holding in the plastic.
Gently try to pry apart your key fob with pry tools. Change 1xCR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside keyless entry fob's body. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was an old. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, check that all working properly by testing buttons on key fob.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to put the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. If your remote key fob shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw the back of the keyless entry remote.
