1996 Nissan Sentra Key Fob Battery Replacement Guide

Before you start to disassembly keyless entry remote make sure that you have all recommended tools and materials: flat head screwdriver and 1xCR2025 battery.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step guide
Inside of your key fob installed coin cell battery. Carefully try to disassemble your key fob with pry tools. Replace CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2025. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, check keyless entry remote by pressing buttons. If everything working good, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your keyless entry remote shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
