Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's keyless entry remote
Inside of your remote key fob installed small coin cell battery. Gently try to pry apart your key with pry tools. Replace 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's shell. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you connect battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, verify that everything working good by pressing buttons on circuit board.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key fob body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
