Simple steps to replace the battery in your B3000's keyless entry remote
Inside of your key fob installed tiny button battery. Gently try to disassemble your remote key fob with flat head screwdriver. Replace 2xCR2016 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it in keyless entry fob's body. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was an old. Your key fob will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
After the new batteries installed, verify keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your key fob body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
