Simple steps to change the battery in your Tracer's keyless entry remote
A small button cell battery installed inside the your keyless entry remote. Accurately try to disassemble your remote key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 2xCR2016 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it inside fob’s shell. Battery must be placed with the same position as was a previous. Your key will not work if you by mistake place battery wrong way.
When the new batteries installed, check remote key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your body two halves together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key fob body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
