A coin cell battery installed inside the your key fob. Gently try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with pry tools. Remove 1xCR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery in keyless entry fob's case. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, check remote key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to put the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. Check your keyless entry remote body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
