How to Replace the Battery in a 1998 Mazda 626 Key Fob

Changing battery in remote key fob require flat head screwdriver and 1xCR2032 battery. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the size of your keyless entry fob's batteries.- 1xCR2032 battery

Step by step guide
Inside of your key fob installed small coin cell battery. Carefully try to open your key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Battery must be installed with the same position as was a previous. Your key will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob body tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
