How to Replace the Battery in a 1998 Pontiac Bonneville Key Fob

Changing battery in remote key fob require 1xCR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the size of your keyless entry fob's batteries.- 1xCR2032 battery

Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's remote key fob
Inside of your key fob installed tiny button cell battery. Accurately try to pry apart your key fob with pry tools. Change CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in keyless entry fob's shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, verify keyless entry remote by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your case two halves together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your fob case firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
