Before you start to disassembly remote key fob check all that you need: one CR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver.- 1xCR2032 battery

Simple steps to change the battery in your SL2's keyless entry remote
A tiny coin battery installed in the your key fob. Carefully try to open your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2032. Battery must be installed with the same position as was an old. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you by mistake place battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything working good, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key fob shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
