Changing battery in keyless entry remote require 1 CR2025 battery, phillips head screwdriver and flat head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the type of your fob’s batteries.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step instruction
Inside of your key fob installed tiny button cell battery. Remove fasteners on the back of the key fob. Flip the keyless entry remote over and look for at least 1 fastener holding in the plastic.
Gently try to open your keyless entry remote with flat head screwdriver. Replace one CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2025. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you place battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, verify that all functions works by testing buttons on key fob.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw fastener in the back of the keyless entry remote.
