1999 Honda Odyssey Key Fob Battery Replacement Instructions

What kind of battery keyless entry remote use
Before going to open keyless entry remote be sure that you have all recommended tools and materials: one CR2025 battery, flat head screwdriver and phillips head screwdriver.- phillips head screwdriver

Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny button battery. Remove screw on the back of the keyless entry remote. Flip the keyless entry remote over and look for at least 1 screw holding in the plastic.
Carefully try to open your fob with pry tools. Replace CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside fob’s shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, verify that all functions works by testing buttons on key fob.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. If your remote key fob case firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw fastener in the back of the keyless entry remote.
