Before going to open key fob make sure that you have all required tools and materials: phillips head screwdriver, CR2016 battery and flat head screwdriver.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step instruction
A coin battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Unscrew the back of the key fob. Flip the key fob over and look for at least one screw holding in the plastic.
Carefully try to pry apart your fob with pry tools. Remove 1xCR2016 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2016. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you connect battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, make sure that all working good by testing buttons on remote key fob.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your key shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step. Screw fastener in the back of the key fob.
