2000 Acura TL Key Fob Battery Replacement Instructions
Keyless entry remote allow easy access to your auto. When the keyless entry remote battery is discharged you lose your fob’s ability to control distance functions. In this article, we walks you through how to disassembly your keyless entry remote and replace your Acura key battery step by step.

Step by step instruction
A small button battery installed in the your remote key fob. Remove fasteners on the back of the key fob. Flip the key fob over and look for at least 1 fastener holding in the plastic.
Gently try to open your key with pry tools. Change 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with fresh one CR2025. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you place battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, check keyless entry remote by pressing buttons. If everything working good, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your body pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw fastener in the back of the remote key fob.
