How to Replace the Battery in a 2000 Buick Park Avenue Key Fob

Before starting open keyless entry remote check all that you need: 1xCR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step guide
A coin battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Gently try to pry apart your fob with flat head screwdriver. Replace 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside fob’s shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling fob’s case, verify that everything is functioning by testing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to assemble the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. If your key case tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
