Simple steps to replace the battery in your E-350's keyless entry remote
A coin cell battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Delicately try to pry apart your key with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, verify remote key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and put it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your fob case firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
