Replace old battery with new one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, check key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything working fine, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to put the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your fob shell for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
