Simple steps to change the battery in your car's keyless entry remote
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed button cell battery. Unscrew the back of the keyless entry remote. Spin the keyless entry remote over and find for at least 1 fastener holding in the plastic.
Delicately try to disassemble your remote key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that all functions works by pressing buttons on key fob.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your body two halves together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. Check your fob body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step. Screw fastener in the back of the keyless entry remote.
