Step by step instruction
A tiny coin cell battery installed inside the your remote key fob. Gently try to disassemble your keyless entry remote with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR1616 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's shell. Battery must be placed with the same position as was a previous. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, check that everything working fine by testing buttons on keyless entry remote.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to put the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your remote key fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
