Step by step guide
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small coin cell battery. Carefully try to pry apart your key with flat head screwdriver. Remove one CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside keyless entry fob's shell. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key fob will not work if you place battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify remote key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If everything working properly, assemble your fob’s shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
