What is the battery remote key fob require
Changing batteries in key fob require CR2016 batteries and flat head screwdriver. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the type of your fob’s batteries.- 2xCR2016 batteries
- flat head screwdriver
Step by step guide
Inside of your key fob installed tiny button battery. Delicately try to pry apart your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Change two CR2016 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Change old batteries with new one CR2016. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new batteries installed, verify key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell pieces together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. Check your key fob body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
