Simple steps to change the battery in your 626's key fob
A small coin cell battery installed in the your key fob. Delicately try to pry apart your remote key fob with pry tools. Replace 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside keyless entry fob's body. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that everything is functioning by testing buttons on key fob.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. If your remote key fob shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
