Before you start to disassembly key fob make sure that you have all recommended tools and materials: CR2032 battery and flat head screwdriver.- 1xCR2032 battery

Simple steps to replace the battery in your Tribute's keyless entry remote
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny coin cell battery. Carefully try to pry apart your key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside fob’s body. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you place battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check remote key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your fob case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
