Prior to disassembly remote key fob make sure that you have all required tools and materials: phillips head screwdriver, flat head screwdriver and 1xCR2025 battery.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step guide
A coin battery installed in the your key fob. Remove screw on the back of the key fob. Flip the remote key fob over and look for at least 1 screw holding in the plastic.
Carefully try to open your fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change one CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2025. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was a previous. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, verify key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to put the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your keyless entry remote case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step. Screw the back of the key fob.
