What type battery remote key fob require
Before starting open key fob check all that you need: flat head screwdriver and one CR2032 battery.- flat head screwdriver
- 1xCR2032 battery
Step by step instruction
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny button cell battery. Carefully try to pry apart your fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove 1xCR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key will not work if you connect battery wrong way.
After the new battery installed, verify remote key fob by pressing buttons. If everything working properly, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your case two halves together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your fob body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
