Step by step guide
Inside of your key fob installed button battery. Accurately try to disassemble your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 2 CR2016 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Change old batteries with fresh one CR2016. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new batteries installed, verify key fob functionality by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your keyless entry fob's case in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. Check your remote key fob shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
