Simple steps to replace the battery in your MDX's keyless entry remote
Inside of your key fob installed small button battery. Unscrew the back of the remote key fob. Spin the keyless entry remote over and look for at least 1 screw holding in the plastic.
Accurately try to disassemble your key with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery inside fob’s case. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key will not work if you connect battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, make sure that all functions works by testing buttons on key fob.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote body tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw fastener in the back of the key fob.
