Step by step guide
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny coin cell battery. Remove screw on the back of the key fob. Flip the keyless entry remote over and look for at least one screw holding in the plastic.
Delicately try to pry apart your fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's body. Battery must be installed with the same position as was a previous. Your remote key fob will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, verify keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything working fine, assemble your keyless entry fob's shell in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Delicately try to assemble the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. If your key body firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step. Screw the back of the key fob.
