Simple steps to replace the battery in your 6's key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small button cell battery. Carefully try to pry apart your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Change 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2025. Battery must be installed with the same polarity as was an old. Your key will not work if you by mistake put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, verify remote key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to put the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote shell firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
