2003 Mercedes-Benz E320 Key Fob Battery Replacement Instructions
Remote key fob allow easy access to your E320. Once the keyless entry remote battery is dead or weak you lose your fob’s ability to control remote functions. In this case, we are going to tell you how to open your key fob and replace a dead battery yourself. Changing batteries in key fob require flat head screwdriver and two CR2025 batteries. Prepare these materials and tools before opening and make sure to match the type of your keyless entry fob's batteries.- flat head screwdriver

Step by step guide
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small button battery. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Gently try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with pry tools. Remove 2xCR2025 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new batteries inside keyless entry fob's case. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, check that all functions works by testing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to put the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. If your key case firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
