Step by step instruction
A small button cell battery installed in the your keyless entry remote. Carefully try to open your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Change CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside keyless entry fob's shell. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your key will not work if you connect battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check remote key fob by pressing buttons. If all functions works, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to put the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. Check your key body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
