How to Replace the Battery in a 2003 Saab 9-3 Key Fob

Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's remote key fob
A coin battery installed in the your key fob. Gently try to pry apart your keyless entry remote with pry tools. Remove one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Replace old battery with new one CR2032. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new battery installed, check remote key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your fob’s shell in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your key fob case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
