2004 Acura RL Key Fob Battery Replacement Instructions
Key fob grant easy access to your car. Once the key fob battery is dead you will not to be able open doors remotely. Simple steps to replace the battery in your RL's keyless entry remote
A small coin battery installed in the your remote key fob. Unscrew the back of the keyless entry remote. Spin the keyless entry remote over and look for at least 1 fastener holding in the plastic.
Carefully try to pry apart your key fob with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1xCR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2025. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was an old. Your remote key fob will not work if you mistakenly place battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, make sure that everything working good by pressing buttons on key fob.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to put the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. Check your key case for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step. Screw fastener in the back of the key fob.
