Simple steps to change the battery in your Allroad Quattro's remote key fob
Inside of your key fob installed tiny button cell battery. Open the key if it is in the remote key fob. Your keyless entry remote key can be unmounted with slide.
Gently try to disassemble your keyless entry remote with pry tools. Change 1 CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with new one CR2032. Battery must be installed with the same position as was an old. Your remote key fob will not work if you mistakenly place battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, check keyless entry remote by pressing buttons. If everything working properly, assemble your fob’s case in reverse order.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your case pieces together and assemble it in place by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote body firmly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
