Simple steps to change the battery in your car's keyless entry remote
Inside of your remote key fob installed tiny coin battery. Carefully try to pry apart your fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove one CR2032 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in keyless entry fob's shell. Battery must be installed with the same position as was an old. Your keyless entry remote will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, check that everything is functioning by pressing buttons on circuit board.
