Simple steps to replace the battery in your car's key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed coin battery. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the keyless entry remote.
Carefully try to disassemble your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace two CR2025 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it in keyless entry fob's body. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was a previous. Your key fob will not work if you mistakenly place battery wrong way.
Before assembling keyless entry fob's case, verify that all functions works by testing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Carefully try to put the two halves in place by hands from top to bottom. If your keyless entry remote shell tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
