Simple steps to change the battery in your S430's keyless entry remote
A tiny coin battery installed in the your remote key fob. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the keyless entry remote.
Carefully try to disassemble your key with pry tools. Remove 2xCR2025 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it in keyless entry fob's shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
When the new batteries installed, check key fob by pressing buttons. If everything working fine, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your case two halves together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your keyless entry remote shell for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
