2005 Acura TSX Key Fob Battery Replacement Instructions

Simple steps to replace the battery in your TSX's key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small coin cell battery. Remove fasteners on the back of the remote key fob. Spin the keyless entry remote over and look for at least 1 screw holding in the plastic.
Accurately try to open your fob with flat head screwdriver. Remove CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery in fob’s body. Battery must be installed with the same polarity as was a previous. Your key will not work if you mistakenly put battery wrong way.
When the new battery installed, verify remote key fob by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to assemble the pieces in place by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your remote key fob body for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step. Screw fastener in the back of the remote key fob.
