Step by step instruction
A tiny button cell battery installed in the your remote key fob. Carefully try to pry apart your key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Remove 1xCR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Change old battery with fresh one CR2025. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
After the new battery installed, check keyless entry remote functionality by pressing buttons. If everything is functioning, assemble your keyless entry fob's body in reverse order.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Accurately try to put the two halves together by hands from top to bottom. Check your key body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
