Step by step guide
A tiny coin cell battery installed inside the your keyless entry remote. Remove fasteners on the back of the keyless entry remote. Spin the remote key fob over and find for at least one screw holding in the plastic.
Gently try to pry apart your remote key fob with flat head screwdriver. Remove 1 CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it in fob’s case. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the charge cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check position on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling fob’s case, verify that everything working good by testing buttons on circuit board.
At this point squeeze fob’s back cover together. Line your shell two halves together and assemble it together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your key body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step. Screw the back of the key fob.
