Step by step instruction
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed tiny coin cell battery. Move the key out of the way if it is in the keyless entry remote.
Accurately try to disassemble your key fob with pry tools. Change one CR1616 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Now it's time to install new battery in keyless entry fob's shell. Every battery has a negative and positive side and if you put the wrong connector down, the current cannot go into your circuit board and make it work. Check polarity on battery, by "+" mark.
Before assembling fob’s case, check that all is functioning by testing buttons on circuit board.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to put the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. If your key fob case tightly closed, we done. If not, repeat the last step.
