Simple steps to change the battery in your car's key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed button battery. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Carefully try to disassemble your key fob with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace 2 CR2025 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it in fob’s body. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you place battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, check that all functions works by pressing buttons on key fob.
At this point squeeze keyless entry fob's back cover together. Line your body pieces together and put it together by hands from top to bottom. Check your remote key fob body for gaps. If it is not tightly closed try to repeat last step.
