Simple steps to change the battery in your G55 AMG's remote key fob
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed small coin cell battery. Remove any internal key first, and then try to pry apart the remote key fob.
Delicately try to disassemble your keyless entry remote with hands or flat head screwdriver. Replace two CR2025 batteries with flat head screwdriver.
Get new batteries and install it inside fob’s case. Be sure to connect the battery the right way around in a circuit. Your remote key fob will not work if you place battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that all is functioning by pressing buttons on key fob.
