2006 Nissan Sentra Key Fob Battery Replacement Instructions

If your car key fob is not working perfectly, the cell battery most likely needs to be changed. Below, we demonstrate how to disassembly Nissan remote key fob and change a discharged battery DIY. What type battery key fob use
Before going to open key fob make sure that you have all required tools and materials: flat head screwdriver and CR2025 battery.- 1xCR2025 battery

Step by step guide
Inside of your keyless entry remote installed button battery. Carefully try to open your fob with flat head screwdriver. Replace CR2025 battery with flat head screwdriver.
Get new battery and install it inside fob’s shell. Battery must be placed with the same polarity as was an old. Your remote key fob will not work if you mistakenly place battery wrong way.
Before assembling fob’s case, make sure that all functions works by testing buttons on keyless entry remote.
The last thing to do is put your cover back on fob. Gently try to assemble the pieces together by hands from top to bottom. Inspect your remote key fob case for gaps. If it is not firmly closed try to repeat last step.
